Job Description
This position coordinates student financial aid, WorkKeys testing, and the Adult Diploma Program. Additional responsibilities include supporting Trade & Industry programs, working with employers on Tech Cred and other funding opportunities, marketing adult education programs, maintaining records for accreditation, and collaborating with program coordinators as needed. The position also involves attending and traveling to meetings, conferences, and training. The position also requires using flex time to support evening and weekend activities. Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
Ability to use Google and Microsoft productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and perform complex tasks with critical attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Ability to interact professionally with students and employers.
Familiarity with Career Technical and Adult Education.
The ability to monitor and implement regulations as required by the state and federal government, and accrediting agencies such as COE.
Familiarity with workplace skills assessments such as WorkKeys is preferred but not required.
Experience administering student financial aid is preferred but not required.
Experience assisting students with the FAFSA and submitting appropriate verification documents is preferred but not required.
Experience gathering, analyzing and submitting data, such as IPEDS is preferred but not required.
