The University of Notre Dame is seeking an innovative, driven, and mission-oriented Communications and Project Specialist to join the Office of the Executive Vice President (EVP). What You’ll Do: As the Communications and Project Specialist, you’ll be a part of complex, high-stakes initiatives and deliver solutions that matter. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll accomplish:

Craft Communications That Inspire
  • Lead strategic communications on behalf of the EVP, crafting compelling presentations for the Board, staff town halls, and benefactors.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
Be a Strategic Powerhouse
  • Manage critical assignments from the Senior Advisor to the EVP, driving university priorities like board engagements and data analysis.
  • Shape future directions by providing insights and recommendations for retreats, committee topics, and groundbreaking initiatives.
Lead Transformative Projects
  • Spearhead cross-divisional initiatives.
  • Rally teams, build partnerships, and ensure every project delivers impactful results on time and with excellence.
Collaborate and Innovate
  • Partner with EVP leaders on brainstorming sessions and creative problem-solving for major initiatives.
  • Represent the EVP Division on various committees and tackle ad hoc assignments that make a lasting impact.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent written communication

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in communications/project support
