Your Responsibilities:
Instructional Mastery: From classrooms to labs, clinical settings, and online environments, you'll deliver active and effective learning experiences. Prepare engaging lesson plans, assess student performance, and effectively present subject matter to ignite students' passion for a dental hygiene career.
Student Interaction: Foster a conducive learning environment, serve as a role model for professionalism, and provide regular, constructive feedback to students. Your mentorship will guide them to excel in their academic journey.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with instructional methodologies and engage in ongoing professional development, including CEUs when required. Attend workshops and seminars to enhance your instructional and professional skills.
Beyond the Classroom: You'll contribute to our campus culture by participating in student and campus activities (such as graduation), assisting in maintaining classrooms, and supporting inventory organization and equipment maintenance.

Your Qualifications:
* Must be a graduate of a CODA accredited program.
* A Bachelor's degree required (in any field) with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene required.
* Current and unencumbered dental hygiene license in state of employment
* Minimum of four years of clinical experience as a hygienist.
* Current CPR certification issued by AHA.
* Prior teaching experience is preferred.
* Documented background in educational methodology consistent with teaching assignments.
* Current knowledge of the specific subject being taught.
* Evidence of participation in workshops, in-service training, and scholarly productivity is preferred.

Hourly rate from $50-$53/HR based on experience and education.
