Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion | Leads or
coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and team
leadership | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or
resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Program Management Function as a generalist
or in a combination of Disciplines
Manages all aspects of complex projects throughout the project lifecycle: planning, scope
definition, design, execution, and delivery.
* Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other
stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are
communicated.
* Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external
consultants or vendors.
* Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
* Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to
track project tasks.
* Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
* Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators,
and prepares reports to senior management.
* Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation
plans.
* Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when
necessary.
Required Education: Associate's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education & Experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Discipline/Major: Business degree or related discipline preferred.
Additional Certifications: Project Management Certification preferred.
Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 2-4 years of relevant experience
