We are seeking Senior Financial Management Specialists to join our team in Washington, DC and San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes past and present financial data of organization and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of finance
- Runs and documents financial analysis projects.
- Aids organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control.
- Evaluates and analyzes capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
Education:
-
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year College or University (required).

Master's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent (desired).
Experience:
-
Seven (7) years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning and budgeting experience within the Department of the Navy (DON).

Seven (7) years of experience interpreting and applying FM principles and familiarity with FM processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.

Seven (7) years of experience in being a Team Lead or senior member of the FM team with analysis decision-making experience.

Experience with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access).
Certifications:

Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) (required).
Clearance:
- Active Secret Clearance, TS preferred
Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000
