Job Description

As an Epic Credentialed Trainer, you will;
- Provide on-going training for Epic.
- Provide staff support for assigned programs and services in collaboration with other members of the training team and information services.
- Conduct training sessions and assesses competencies of learners.
Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent of one year of recent training/learning experience in a healthcare facility/support service department required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, good critical and analytical thinking, planning and follow-through and excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge and ability to utilize computer-based instruction.
- Knowledge of computer technology and applications as applicable for role.
- Active Scripps Epic Trainer Credentials in assigned modules required or must be attained within 3 months of hire.
Preferred:
- Basic Information Technology skills, active entry level Information Technology certification.
- Solid understanding of the operations and functions of applications and endpoint devices.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other Information Technology ticketing system.
