KPMG is currently seeking an AI & Innovation Manager to join our Advisory Data Organization/Firmwide Analytic Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with firm professionals (US and Global) to understand business needs as well as translate them into data and analytic requirements
- Lead group of high performing data concierges (on-shore and off-shore) to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of deliverables for a high-volume number of use cases within set timelines; use cases can span from several days to several months
- Collaborate closely with the data analytics team and data architects to refine and update data models, creating powerful insights and data-driven recommendations, and with teams to develop as well as curate go-to-market materials leveraging third-party data for proposal support, client conversations, and account intelligence
- Foster and maintain relationships with executive leadership in Azure DevOps (ADO), KPMG US, and Global to ensure critical strategic staffing, budgeting, data, and analytic needs are appropriately addressed
- Manage progress bi-weekly reporting, pillar reporting, financial management/forecasts of Global and US Artificial intelligence (AI) and Innovation data and solutions spend
- Support the maturation of the data concierge program by finding areas of process improvement and contributing to strategic internal/structuring improvement projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience related to program management, data analysis, management, governance, or applied analytics, preferably related to consulting, and minimum two years of recent experience working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboard techniques to optimize visualizations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university and/or certifications are a plus
- Experience identifying use cases opportunities for advanced analytics, building use cases to prove out value and justify investment, and using data to convey findings to various audiences (c-suite, government agencies, white papers, and more), as well as analytical and BI tools like Alteryx, Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across a large organization, and strong analytical, creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing various stakeholders and use cases concurrently across diverse industries and KPMG service portfolios; ability to oversee daily operations of a small data and analytics team, offering prompt feedback for staff development within the firm
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate complex ideas to technical as well as non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization
