Crossroads Health is currently hiring an outgoing, friendly, and organized Human Resources (HR) Administrator located in ourMentor office. This highly visible position will provide human resources support for multiple agency sites, implementation of new hire orientation, day-to-day administration and operations of the Human Resources Department and supports the Company’s employees in every location. This role requires a high volume of daily interactions with people internally and externally, including face to face, phone, email and virtual. This individual must have a customer service attitude, be detail oriented, have critical thinking skills and be able to manage their time effectively. In addition, this individual must demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior regarding confidential information. . The HR Administrator will interact with employees across many levels within the organizations. More specifically, this person will be responsible for:
More specifically, primary duties for this position include:
- Supports the Talent function by managing the pre-boarding process from offer acceptance to orientation.
- Communicate with new hires as to what to expect during onboarding and being the point person for any questions.
- Collecting all necessary documentation and ensuring that all pre-hire requirements are scheduled and completed for new hires in a timely fashion.
- Prepares, schedules, and facilitates New Hire Orientations.
- Maintaining employee personnel files and tracking credentials.
- Scheduling trainings, planning events and any other support that is needed for the employees and HR team.
Primary Requirements for this role:
- High school diploma/GED required. Associates in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years' experience in an Human Resources administrative role.
- Experience in Non-profit or Healthcare organization preferred.
- Experience with any HRIS (ADP WorkForce Now preferred), or ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
- Expert level with Microsoft 365 products
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written) and a professional manner.
