Adelphoi, a non-profit with a 50-year history of helping troubled youth, will be expanding its services into Allegheny County. We seek applicants who want to make a difference in community safety, offer temporary direction to adolescents who need assistance, and start or grow a rewarding career.
As partners with the juvenile justice system, Adelphoi team members will work with the courts, police, educational, and health service providers to create a safe and secure environment for youth in care. Selected candidates will be an integral part of a 7/24/365 operation.

What will qualify me as an applicant?
- You must have at least 60 college credits. Two or Four Year degrees are preferred.
- Experience with the juvenile justice system, congregate care, or youth related settings.
- Ability to pass a physical, obtain appropriate clearances, and perform essential functions.
We initially seek 15 candidates to participate in our paid training program in Latrobe. Travel will be compensated until training is finished and pay will continue until our Pittsburgh location is ready to be staffed. Placement in supervisory or clinical roles will be possible for qualified staff.
